(က) ဗမာတိုင်းရင်းသား နှင့် သွေးချင်းတိုင်းရင်းသား လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အနေဖြင့် လက်ရှိ ရှိပြီးဖြစ်သော စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာပြီး စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုရှိစေရန်။
(a) To strengthen existing businesses owned by Bamar and kindred ethnic entrepreneurs and to ensure their sustainable development and growth.

(ခ) ဗမာတိုင်းရင်းသား နှင့် သွေးချင်းတိုင်းရင်းသား လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အများအပြား ပေါ်ထွန်းလာပြီး နိုင်ငံတဝှမ်းတွင် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဖြန့်ကျက် လုပ်ကိုင် လာနိုင်စေရန်၊ ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ တိုးချဲ့လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်စေရန် နှင့် မြန်မာပြည်တွင်းဖြစ် တန်ဖိုးမြင့် ထုတ်ကုန်များကို နိုင်ငံတကာစျေးကွက်များသို့ ထိုးဖောက်နိုင်ကြစေရန်။
(b) To foster a large number of Bamar and kindred ethnic entrepreneurs, expand business operations nationwide, connect with domestic and international entrepreneurs for business expansion, and enable “Made in Myanmar” high-value products to penetrate international markets.

(ဂ) နိုင်ငံတော်မှချမှတ်ထားသည့် စီးပွားရေးဦးတည်ချက်များ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာတွင် ကျရာအခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်နိုင်စေရန်နှင့် သတင်းအရင်းအမြစ်နှင့် စီးပွားရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို ဗမာတိုင်းရင်းသားနှင့် သွေးချင်းတိုင်းရင်းသား လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအနေဖြင့် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ သိရှိနိုင်ပြီး မိမိတို့လုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် အထောက်အကူရရှိနိုင်စေရန်။
(c) To participate effectively in designated capacities in implementing the economic objectives set by the State, and to enable Bamar and kindred ethnic entrepreneurs to access timely information resources and business opportunities to support their enterprises.
